The Settings area lets you configure your team's core preferences: currency, deal thresholds, invoice billing profiles, dashboard management, and data fields. All settings are admin-only.
Accessing settings
Click Settings in the sidebar to expand the settings panel, which contains:
- Dashboards -- manage your custom dashboards
- Data Fields -- view data field assignments
- General -- currency, high-ticket threshold, and invoice billing profile settings
- Integrations -- open supported workspace integrations and check whether each one is active
Currency
Choose your team's currency:
| Currency | Symbol |
|---|---|
| USD | $ |
| EUR | € |
| GBP | £ |
The currency symbol appears throughout the app -- in deal values, expenses, dashboard charts, and offer prices.
To change your currency:
- Navigate to Settings > General
- Select the new currency
- Save
Tip: Set your currency early. Changing it later updates the display symbol everywhere, but doesn't convert existing amounts.
High-ticket threshold
The high-ticket threshold defines the deal value at or above which a sale is considered "high ticket." This is used for:
- Automatically toggling the high-ticket flag when closing deals
- Segmenting high-ticket vs. regular deals in your analytics
To set or change the threshold:
- Navigate to Settings > General
- Enter the threshold amount
- Save
- Confirm the change when prompted
Important: Changing the threshold only affects future deals. Existing deals keep their original high-ticket classification.
Invoice billing profile
If your business shares invoices with customers, configure your billing identity here:
- Navigate to Settings > General
- Enter your company name, address, phone number, VAT ID, and default due days
- Review the Default tax label and Default tax rate. New billing profiles default to VAT, but you can switch the label to Sales tax if needed.
- Save
Each save creates a new immutable billing profile snapshot. All current draft invoices switch to the latest billing profile automatically, while finalized invoices and later invoice states keep the snapshot they were already linked to.
Draft invoices use this profile for sender readiness checks. If required sender details are missing here, the draft can still be saved, but Finalize invoice will stay blocked until the billing profile is complete.
The invoice billing profile includes:
- Company details -- the sender information shown on public invoices
- Default due days -- controls the default due date for new invoices
- Default tax label -- defaults to VAT for new billing profiles, but can be changed to Sales tax
- Default tax rate -- used to pre-fill the draft invoice tax rate
- Company logo -- shown on public invoices
Important: This invoice billing profile is separate from your subscription billing details. Your customer-facing invoice sender details are managed here.
Dashboard management
Navigate to Settings > Dashboards to:
- View all your custom dashboards
- Open a dashboard to edit its layout
- Delete dashboards you no longer need
See Custom Dashboards for the full guide on building and editing dashboards.
Data Fields
Navigate to Settings > Data Fields to see all data fields for your team, along with how many users each field is assigned to.
This is a read-only view. To assign fields to users, go to Data > Forms. See Data Fields and Report Forms for details.
Integrations
Navigate to Settings > Integrations to manage external tools connected to your workspace.
From this page, admins can:
- See each available integration in one overview
- Check whether an integration is currently Active, Inactive, or Unavailable
- Open an integration detail page such as Zapier
To manage Zapier specifically, open Settings > Integrations > Zapier.
See Zapier Integration for the full setup guide.
