Dashboards

Dashboards Overview

Dashboards are where everything comes together. They transform your contacts, deals, payments, expenses, and report data into visual charts, stats, and tables that help you understand your business at a glance.

Types of dashboards

Limitlytics offers three kinds of dashboards:

Dashboard What it shows Availability
Sales Dashboard Pipeline performance, conversion rates, top offers, upsell analytics, team breakdown All plans
Financial Dashboard Cash collected, expenses, profit margins, expense categories All plans
Sources Dashboard Lead sources, paid vs organic performance, ROAS, revenue breakdown, conversion metrics, LTV by source All plans
Custom Dashboards Your own widgets and layout, fully configurable Platinum plan only

Accessing dashboards

Dashboards are accessible from the left sidebar:

  • Sales Dashboard, Financial Dashboard and Sources Dashboard are always listed
  • Custom Dashboards appear as additional items once created

Important: Dashboards are only visible to admin users. If you're a regular user and don't see dashboards in your sidebar, that's by design. Ask your team admin if you need access.

Period filtering

All dashboards include a period selector at the top that controls the date range for the displayed data.

Available periods include options like:

  • Last 7 days
  • Last 30 days
  • Last 3 months
  • Last 6 months
  • Last 12 months
  • And more

Changing the period refreshes all widgets on the dashboard to show data for the selected timeframe.

Note: Dashboard data typically excludes today's date to ensure complete daily data.

Managing dashboards

To manage your custom dashboards:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Dashboards
  2. You'll see a list of all your custom dashboards
  3. From here you can:
    • Open a dashboard to view or edit it
    • Delete a dashboard you no longer need

Note: Deleting a custom dashboard only removes the dashboard layout. Your underlying data (submissions, contacts, deals, etc.) is not affected.
