Offer A product or service template with a name and price. When you close a deal, you link an offer to a contact.
Deal A specific sale linking a contact to an offer. Deals can be "New" (first purchase) or "Upsell" (additional purchase).
Data field A configurable metric your team tracks, like "calls made" or "emails sent." Used in report forms and dashboards.
Report submission A daily entry where a team member submits their activity numbers for each assigned data field.
Dashboard A page of charts, stats, and tables that visualize your team's performance. Limitlytics includes built-in Sales, Financial and Sources dashboards, plus customizable ones on the Platinum plan.
Expense A cost tracked in the system. Can be one-time (fixed), monthly (recurring), commission-based, or tax-based.
