Offers are the products or services your team sells. They serve as reusable templates -- when you close a deal, you link an offer to a contact. This keeps your pricing consistent and makes it easy to track which products drive the most revenue.
What is an offer?
An offer has three properties:
- Name -- the product or service name (e.g., "1-on-1 Coaching", "Agency Retainer", "Online Course")
- Price -- the default price
- Status -- either Active (can be used in new deals) or Inactive (archived)
Note: Offers are an admin-only feature. Regular users cannot view or manage offers.
Viewing your offers
Navigate to Offers in the sidebar. You'll see a table showing all your offers with performance statistics:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | The offer name |
| Price | The template price |
| Status | Active or Inactive badge |
| Sold | Number of times this offer has been sold, with upsell count in parentheses |
| Revenue committed | Total deal value across all closed deals using this offer |
| Revenue collected | Total amount actually paid |
| Collection % | Percentage of committed revenue that's been collected |
The collection percentage is color-coded to quickly show health:
- Green -- 80% or more collected
- Yellow -- 50% to 79% collected
- Red -- below 50% collected
Creating an offer
- Navigate to Offers
- Click Create
- Enter the name, price, and set the status to Active
- Save
Tip: You can also create offers inline when presenting an offer to a contact or recording an upsell. A "Create new offer" option appears directly in the offer dropdown.
Offer statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | The offer can be selected when closing deals or recording upsells |
| Inactive | The offer is archived and won't appear in offer dropdowns for new deals |
Setting an offer to Inactive doesn't affect existing deals -- it just prevents it from being used in new ones.
Editing and deleting
- Edit -- click an offer to change its name, price, or status
- Delete -- removes the offer template entirely
Important: Deleting an offer removes the template but does not affect deals that were already closed with it. Those deals retain their recorded values.
Creating offers inline
You don't always have to go to the Offers page to create one. When you're in the middle of a workflow that needs an offer (like transitioning a contact to "Offer presented" or recording an upsell), you can create a new offer right from the offer dropdown:
- Click the offer dropdown
- Select Create new offer
- Fill in the name, price, and status
- The new offer is created and automatically selected
Note: If you create an offer with an "Inactive" status during this flow, it won't be attached -- the offer needs to be Active to be used in a deal.
