1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Limitlytics, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of service
Limitlytics provides analytics, CRM, reporting, and financial tracking tools delivered as a Software-as-a-Service subscription. Features and plan inclusions are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time.
3. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Refunds are issued in accordance with our refund policy outlined in the pricing FAQ.
5. Free Trial
By signing up, you agree to begin a 7-day free trial period. A valid payment method is required at the time of registration. You will not be charged during the trial period. Unless you cancel your subscription prior to the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and the applicable fees will be charged to your provided payment method at the end of the trial period and on a recurring basis thereafter in accordance with your selected plan.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Limitlytics to: (a) violate any applicable law; (b) infringe on third-party rights; (c) transmit malware or harmful code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems; (e) resell or rebrand the service without written permission.
7. Data ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload to Limitlytics. We only process your data to deliver the service. You may export your data at any time and request full deletion upon account closure.
8. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance when possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or force majeure events.
9. Intellectual property
Limitlytics, our logo, and the underlying software are our intellectual property. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limitlytics is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
