Close deals, track payments, grow your revenue
From the moment an offer is presented to the final invoice or payment received, Limitlytics captures every revenue event with the nuance real businesses need.
Manage your products and services in one place
Create offers once, use them everywhere. Each offer captures the default price and status, then flows through your entire pipeline — from first presentation to final deal.
Offer templates
Build a library of offers with default pricing. Reuse them across every deal, with inline editing when a specific deal requires a different price.
Offer analytics
For each offer, see number of sales, upsell count, revenue committed, revenue collected, and collection percentage — color-coded for at-a-glance clarity.
Active vs. archived
Keep your offer list clean. Archive old products to hide them from new deals while preserving all historical sales data.

Deals, invoices, and payments in one flow
Close a deal once, let billing generate the schedule, review and finalize draft invoices when they are ready, then share the public invoice link and automatically track every collection or refund.
Deal-driven invoicing
Invoices are generated from deals and upsells, so the invoice, payment ledger, and deal status all stay tied together from day one.
Payment plans with scheduled drafts
Split a deal into monthly installments, generate the first invoice immediately, and materialize future draft invoices only when their bill date arrives.
Refund handling
Process refunds that reverse payments while preserving the original transaction record. Your history stays intact; your numbers stay honest.
Billing command center
Use one Billing area for deals, payment plans, invoices, and payments so your team can see what is due, what is drafted, and what is already collected.

Revenue operations that keep up with reality
Built for how deals actually close — not how software wishes they would.
High-ticket classification
Auto-classify deals as high-ticket based on your configured threshold. Override manually when needed. Segment your premium revenue.
Upsell tracking
Record additional sales to existing customers as upsells. Separate metric from new revenue so you can optimize both independently.
Payment status at a glance
Color-coded Unpaid, Partial, and Paid statuses update automatically as transactions are recorded.
Deal type tracking
Separate New deals from Upsell deals automatically. Understand where your growth really comes from.
Configurable thresholds
Set your own high-ticket threshold to match your business model. Changes only affect future deals — historical data stays stable.
Outstanding balance tracking
Know exactly what is owed to you. Every partial payment is tracked, every balance is visible.
Deals & revenue questions, answered
Clear answers for the teams comparing tools, tightening operations, or deciding how to roll out better reporting.
Deals are created automatically when a contact moves to the Customer stage in your funnel, or when you record an upsell for an existing customer. In the same flow you choose the first invoice date and whether it is paid in full or a payment plan.
Yes. Every invoice supports multiple payment events and syncs back to the linked deal automatically, so statuses move from Unpaid to Partial to Paid without breaking the billing trail.
Refunds are recorded as reversal transactions that preserve the original payment record. Your deal history stays complete and auditable; your reporting reflects accurate net revenue.
Admins configure a high-ticket threshold in settings. Any deal at or above that threshold is automatically flagged high-ticket. You can override this per deal. Changing the threshold only affects future deals.
Upsells are tracked separately from new deals, so you can see both streams clearly. This lets you optimize your acquisition engine and your expansion engine independently.
