Contacts & CRM

Table View

The table view gives you a searchable, filterable list of all your contacts. It's great for finding specific people, reviewing details at a glance, or managing contacts in bulk.

Accessing the table view

Navigate to Contacts and switch to the Table tab at the top of the page.

Columns

The table displays the following columns:

Column Description
Name The contact's full name
Email Email address
Phone Phone number
Status Current funnel stage, shown as a color-coded badge
Source Where the contact came from, shown with a branded icon
Assigned users Team members assigned to this contact
Created When the contact was added

Columns are sortable -- click a column header to sort by that field.

Searching and filtering

Use the search bar at the top to find contacts by name or email. Results update as you type.

Filters

The table currently includes a default Hide disqualified filter:

  • Hide disqualified -- enabled by default so disqualified leads stay out of the main working list

Reminder: Non-admin users automatically only see contacts assigned to them, regardless of filters.

If you need to review or restore disqualified leads, open the filters and disable Hide disqualified.

Editing a contact

Click on any contact row to open the edit form. You can update:

  • Name, email, and phone
  • Source
  • Assigned users

Changes are saved immediately and recorded in the contact's audit trail.

Contact actions

From the table view, you can access the same actions available on the contacts board:

  • Change status -- transition the contact to a different funnel stage
  • Disqualify / Re-qualify -- hide a lead from the default board and table views, or restore it later
  • Notes -- view and add notes
  • Timeline -- see the full audit trail
  • Payments -- record payments on closed deals
  • Upsell -- record an additional sale (for customers)

These are accessible through the actions menu on each row. See Contact Actions for details on each.
