The GHL Import admin page helps you import GoHighLevel opportunities into Limitlytics using a snapshot CSV and an optional audit log CSV.
Stage mapping
During setup, each GHL pipeline stage must be mapped before the import can run.
You can map a stage to:
- A normal Limitlytics funnel stage such as New lead, Call booked, or Customer
- Disqualified (Lead) when the GHL stage means the lead is no longer qualified
Disqualified stage mapping
When a GHL stage is mapped to Disqualified (Lead):
- The contact is imported with an underlying New lead status
- The contact is marked as Disqualified
- The contact is hidden from the board and table by default until Hide disqualified is turned off
This keeps disqualification separate from your funnel stages while still preserving the contact in the CRM.
Offer configuration
Offer and deal settings are only required when one of the mapped stages resolves to Offer presented or Customer.
If all imported stages stay earlier in the funnel, or are mapped to Disqualified (Lead), you can skip the offer setup section.
